The West System 205 Fast Hardener is a medium-viscosity epoxy curing agent. When mixed with the 105 Resin in a five-part resin to one-part hardener ratio, the cured resin/hardener mixture yields a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding and coating properties.
205 is used in a majority of situations such as general Bonding, fabric application and barrier coating, It is formulated to perform at lower temperatures and to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature. The mix ratio is 5 parts resin to 1 part hardener by volume. Not intended for clear coating.

Cure Time:
- Pot life (100 grams cupful): At 72°F (22°C): 9 to 12 minutes
- Working time (thin film): At 72°F (22°C): 60 to 70 minutes

Cure Temp:
- Minimum: At 40°F (4°C)
