Delivery/Courier Service
We offer a free delivery service with in the Dunedin City district for all Commercial or on account customers, for domestic or cash sales we use New Zealand Couriers and may charge freight depending on the order. Outside of Dunedin we use a range of couriers to get your parcels to you in a timely manner.
Temporary Freight Surcharge
Due to the current global conditions we have been forced to introduce a temporary freight surcharge on all orders that are delivered by us or a courier/freight company.
For all local deliveries (Dunedin City) and any orders delivered by our Sales Reps there will be a $5 freight charge.
For all out of town orders delivered by Courier or Freight company there will be a $10 charge regardless of order value. This will be in addition to any Freight charges as per our Freight Costs below.
As soon as Global events return to "normal" we will review these temporary charges.
Freight Costs
Lower South Island from Temuka South - Freight free if order value is above $200.00 excluding GST. Any orders below $200.00 freight is $15.00 not including any Rural, Dangerous Goods or Saturday delivery charges.
Upper South Island from Temuka North and the North Island - Order Value $0.00 - $100.00 $25.00 per order, Order Value $100.01 - $200.00 $50.00 per order, Order Value $200.01 - $300.00 $75.00, Order Value $300.01 and over $100.00 per order not including any Rural, Dangerous Goods or Saturday delivery charges.
Rural Delivery charge from $15.00 per parcel, regardless of order value.
Dangerous Goods surcharge $20.00 per parcel, regardless of order value.
Saturday delivery via New Zealand Couriers, only available in certain areas, $10.00 per parcel, regardless of order value.
